My wife and I purchased a spa from Mammoth Spa Creations. Or salesman and point of contact was Damon Conover. Damon was incredibly responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He worked in conjunction with the city and the electrician we hired, (Greg Rathburn-High Altitude), who was equally as amazing as Damon. We also hired Damon to continue our monthly service. The spa was installed and working as designed on 12/14/23. I HIGHLY recommend Mammoth Spa Creations and especially Damon. Super nice man and they are lucky to have him represent their company.
We rented an airbnb that was walking distance from the slopes. While walking there, I dropped by brand new and expensive goggles. Angel from Spa Creations was on his way to service our spa and found my goggles on the floor in the parking lot. Thanks to him, they didn't get ran over or stollen. He safely returned them back to me and saved me from having to buy another pair. Oh, and our spa looked great too! Thanks Angel! You saved the day!
Fast prompt service even in Bishop. The Technician took extra time evaluating the problem as to not sell me parts I did not need. I am super happy with their service. I will definitely use again!
Best spa place in mammoth hands down! The staff is excellent! Always will support a small business!
Great staff. Respond quickly and are easy to work with. I would recommend going here for your spa needs.
Office staff is friendly and helpful. Andrew , the spa tech, is very knowledgeable and great at maintaining and solving spa and pool issues,
The spacious McKinley® spa offers room for up to seven adults. Delivering total relaxation and value, its classic hydrotherapy experience makes you feel good long after leaving the water. Throughout this 680™ Series spa, configurations and jet formations soothe muscles and release knots to renew your body. A cool down seat makes it easy to soak and socialize without completely leaving the water’s comforting warmth. And, thanks to classic jets nestled into a foot dome, your feet can find relief from almost any seat in the spa.
